No, you must become a member in order to use our restaurant services.
- What facilities do I have after registration?
After registration you have a number of facilities such as ordering food online, booking a table at a restaurant, buying gift vouchers, reviewing restaurants, taking advantage of discounted special offers, keeping up-to-date with all special offers in your area, generating discount vouchers … and much more.

- Would I have access to my own admin account?
Yes, you will have access to your own online admin account 24/7.
- Do you share members’ details with any third party?
No, we do not share any of our members’ details with any third party.
- Can I trace all my activities through my admin account?
Yes, all activities that you perform within the Bigeat.com network are accessible through your online admin account 24/7.
- Is member registration free?
Yes, at present we are offering FREE registration for life.
- Do you provide help/support to members?
Yes, but there are some limitations, for instance, if it is our responsibility, we will provide you with support (i.e. if there is a fault in the system, it is our responsibility), but we will not provide any help in disputes about orders placed at restaurants, bookings and reservations, gift vouchers, offensive reviews, misuse of restaurant services, etc. – for these you’ll need to contact the restaurant directly.
- Are my details secured?
Yes, your details are 100% secure at all times through our use of the best service-providers in the industry such as ScanAlert, VeriSign and Truste services.
- When I purchase a gift voucher, will I get a receipt?
Yes, a receipt will be auto-generated soon after you purchase a gift voucher and can be accessible from your admin account.
- How does your gift vouchers work?
Simply use our advanced-search module to find a restaurant, then go through the full customisation and buying process (you can use either your credit card or a PayPal account).
- How do I place an online food order, and can I cancel or make changes to it?
Search for the restaurant that you are looking for using our advanced-search module and visit their website.
Add menu items into your basket, and then go through the order process (step-by-step information will be provided while you do so).
- How do I place a booking, and can I cancel or make changes to it?
Search for the restaurant that you are looking for using our advanced-search module and visit their website.
Go to the booking page, and then choose a time and area where you would like to book a table, and go through the payment process (step-by-step information will be provided).
Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your bookings as per the restaurant’s terms and conditions.
- How does the member forum work?
The member forum is like a discussion board; registered members add their own topics, and other members can comment on that topic. You can also create your own discussion board too.
- Can I start my own topic in the forum?
Yes, you can start your own topic in the forum and have your own discussion board.
- To join the forum do I need to become a registered member?
Yes, in order to use our forum you need to become a registered member and use the same user ID and password to log into the member forum.
- Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply send us an email to service@bigeat.com with your user ID and reason for leaving.

Yes, you can order food and place bookings & reservations at any of our networked restaurants throughout the UK.
- Do you send out regular newsletters with special offers that are available in my area?
At present we don’t, but we will begin sending out newsletters with details of all special offers that are available in your area, from early 2008.
